Penthouse in Madrid

In the Madrid neighborhood of Chamberí, we find this penthouse in a modernist building from the 1920s, where the architect Inés Benavides wanted to highlight the architectural value of the house with artistic and color touches.
In its open and bright spaces we find the Esgrimas console, which dresses its spacious living room, bringing a touch of elegance and seriousness to a fresh and welcoming environment.

Showroom in Moscow

Our partner in Moscow has created a warm and welcoming atmosphere with different combinations for different spaces with the most iconic pieces of Agrippa.
The Sforza table in combination with the Sara Bond dinning chairs, shapes a cosy livingroom, where you cannot miss the Atlantis containers to take advantage of the space and store everything you need.
On the other hand, in another room we can enjoy the synergy between the Esgrimas console accompanying the Isadora armchair, a corner that invites to relax and read wrapped by the shapes and warmth of American walnut.
The Isadora armchair also coexists in everyday space, where its sinuous shapes, providing an artistic and genuine brushstroke.

House in Valencia

The refurbishment project carried out by Balzar Arquitectos contemplates the complete renovation of the apartment located in a building designed by the architect Antonio Escario, situated in one of the main avenues of the city of Valencia. The apartment occupies a corner position, characteristic for its chamfer that follows the configuration of the surrounding blocks. The organization of the interior has been a challenge for the architects as the geometry of the floor consists of different walls that are not perpendicular to each other.

The layout starts with open space in the access, with the kitchen open to the dining room and living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are reached through the corridor.

The fixed furniture is introduced to satisfy the different needs of the owners while integrating different structural and installation elements. Its perception of the volumetry can be understood as a continuous geometry, abstract in its form, seeking to be a sculpture.

The curve of the ceiling in the living room is created to respond to different conditions. On one hand, it functionally separates the dining area and the resting area. On the other hand, it reinforces the idea of an integrated design, relating different elements of the furniture from kitchen units to the desk located in the former balcony. Finally, it introduces into the design a suspended beam that crosses the living room, seeking to create a unified global composition.

Villa in Denia

In this fantastic villa in Dénia, Bolanzas appears as a breath of fresh air. An open space with lots of light, driven by the Mediterranean climate.
Bolanzas is more than a piece of art, in this time has been used as a divider and can also be used as a coat rack. An icon of Agrippa, that falls in love and is enjoyed just by looking at it.
